She is a skilled facilitator, who is responsive, open, and reflective, and has fostered long term sustainable change for schools and school systems. She draws people in and builds relationships in collaborative design processes with schools and district leaders and their teams. 

Nicole navigates the world between district priorities and school realities, supporting both by listening to principals, teachers, students, and district leaders while providing the tools and processes to engage in collective problem exploration. Nicole employs improvement science tools and processes and grounds her work in the belief that people are the most important data. She’s awesome at designing pilots, bringing ideas to life in a concrete and usable way, and making sure folks feel a part of something. She has a deep respect for educators and takes a learning stance in her work. 

Nicole is committed to serving and empowering youth and the adults that support them. She has been working in and with transfer schools for over 18 years. At the root, Nicole is a teacher.
